Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to trade services provided by CQ Trade Solutions.
Quotes
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Fixed-price quotes assume reasonable site access and no concealed defects; where additional work is discovered we will seek your approval before proceeding.
Scheduling
We will confirm an arrival window in advance. Severe weather and emergency call-outs can occasionally shift bookings — we will let you know as early as possible.
Payment
Invoices are payable within 7 days unless account terms have been agreed. We accept card, bank transfer and PayID. Approved commercial accounts are 30 days from invoice.
Warranty
Labour is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty. Supplied products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Call-out fees may apply where a crew has already been dispatched.
