What areas do you service?

We cover Rockhampton, Gracemere, Parkhurst, Mount Morgan, Yeppoon, Emu Park, Zilzie, Keppel Sands, Gladstone, Tannum Sands, Boyne Island, Calliope and Biloela. If your suburb isn't listed, give us a call — we often travel further for booked work.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a QLD Electrical Contractor Licence, QBCC plumbing and gas licences, and carry $20 million public liability insurance. Licence numbers and certificates of currency are supplied on request.

Do you provide free quotes?

Accepted Answer

Every quote is free and obligation-free. For most jobs we can provide a fixed-price quote after a site visit or a few photos, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Do you offer emergency call-outs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for electrical faults, burst pipes, storm damage and site hazards. Call (07) 4900 0000 and you'll speak with a local, not an interstate call centre.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card, bank transfer, and PayID. Commercial clients can apply for 30-day account terms, and we can invoice directly to insurers or property managers where required.

What warranty do you offer?

All labour comes with a written 12-month workmanship warranty, and installed products carry their manufacturer's warranty. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it.

How quickly can you get to my job?

Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast jobs are usually same day, often within two to three hours. Gladstone runs are scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays, with emergency response available anytime.
